Error in license

User with E3 licence.
The user has been with an active licence until Monday.
We checked that the computer configuration is correct.
Office 365 has been uninstalled and reinstalled.
We check that the user can log in correctly in all browsers (chrome, iexplorer and edge).
Log out on all devices and log in again without any problems. Now this error occurs:
