Empty email preview - Office 365

An Office 365 user (Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2205 Build 16.0.15225.20278) 64-bit) claims that there are some emails showing up empty in the Outlook preview. The installed version of Outlook is the latest one. I searched on the internet and it was said that disabling graphics card acceleration in the File->Options->Advanced Options->Display menu solves this problem, but this checkbox is no longer present in Outlook 365. I added Outlook to Display Settings->Graphics Settings->Graphics Performance Preferences and reduced the GPU usage but the problem still persists.

Have you encountered this type of problem? Is it a Microsoft bug? Do you have any ideas please?
