Jun 26, 2017Embedding Sway into non Microsoft websites
Can you help me?
I have been successfully embedding Sways into Canvas for a few months now, by simply copying and pasting the Sway embed code into the HTML code of the Canvas page. Then all of a sudden, on Friday, some of the embedded Sways lost their animation. Curiously it only seems to be happening on Sways that I have created fairly recently, and on pages that I have edited recently.
Any ideas, why more recentlycreated Sways are behaving differently when embedded into non Microsoft locations? Thanks.

I've actually managed to answer my own question. The issue was nothing to do with the age of the sway or the fact that I had just recently edited the canvas page. The issue lies with the background image on the sway title. I found that certain images are more dynamic than others. I don't if it's something to do with the file type or file size, but the mystery is now solved!
