Embedding Sway into non Microsoft websites

Can you help me?

I have been successfully embedding Sways into Canvas for a few months now, by simply copying and pasting the Sway embed code into the HTML code of the Canvas page.  Then all of a sudden, on Friday, some of the embedded Sways lost their animation.  Curiously it only seems to be happening on Sways that I have created fairly recently, and on pages that I have edited recently.

Any ideas, why more recentlycreated Sways are behaving differently when embedded into non Microsoft locations? Thanks.

  • I've actually managed to answer my own question.  The issue was nothing to do with the age of the sway or the fact that I had just recently edited the canvas page.  The issue lies with the background image on the sway title.  I found that certain images are more dynamic than others.  I don't if it's something to do with the file type or file size, but the mystery is now solved!
