Duplicate Accounts
I registered a domain with GoDaddy and signed up for some Office 365 service through GoDaddy. I didn't like it and ultimately purchased Office 365 Premium without going through GoDaddy. I also have an Office 365 account for my school. Now I notice I have both user@domain.com and user@domain.onmicrosoft.com. I'm getting all kinds of syncing errors on my three computers with outlook. I also have multiple onedrive accounts as a result, and onedrive is basically unusable as a result of the conflicts I've created.
At this point I'd like to consolidate or merge the accounts, or maybe just start over. I want everything kept on the server and accessible via outlook desktop application on Windows 10. Any suggestions on resolving this would be greatly appreciated!

Which account do you want to consolidate everything into? Your Office 365 Business Premium subscription/account, or your School account? Are you the administrator of the School Office 365 tenant?- Erik SpurlinCopper Contributor
I would like everything run through or merged into the Office 365 Premium I purchased directly from microsoft. I am not the administrator of the school account but could live with leaving that one as is --- it is the two other accounts that are giving me the problems. Thanks!

Hi Erik
It seems that you end up creating three tenants with Microsoft. The first one is that you purchased from Go Daddy. Second one is that you directly purchased from Microsoft. And finally your School Account.
Now could you let me know if you have verified your domain in any of the tenants. If yes and now you want to register that domain with a different tenant then open a case with Microsoft so that they can help you with it.
As far as syncing errors are concerned I would recommend removing the two accounts from your computer that you do not want to use and also uninstalling office Pro Plus and re installing it from the account that you would like to use.
You may refer to the article given below for merging your tenants, though I would recommend creating a case with MS for your concern.
