Don't Show Icon Text next to Reduced Outlook Ribbon

I have customized which icons and tools I would see on the top of the bar for each kind of window (like message, event, mail).  When seeing the window in a non-maximized state, I realize I don't need to see text next to icons. I can recognzie the icon by itself.  

How can i remove showing of icon text?
