Does Microsoft 365 business premium have unlimited online mail archive?

Yes, Business Premium does include "unlimited" archive.

  I thought that "unlimited" was only for Plan 2 and in Business Premium there is Plan 1 with fixed 50GB mailbox and fixed 50GB Archiv-Mailbox . Or am I wrong?

    Yes, Microsoft 365 Business Premium has 50GB mailbox and 1.5TB storage of online archive.
