Distribution List mail delivery failed

I have one external address that can not send email to a DL group we have.   

 

Reason: [{LED=250 2.1.5 RESOLVER.GRP.NotRedirected; messages of this type are not delivered to groups};{MSG=};{FQDN=};{IP=};{LRT=}]

 

Notes:

1. Enabled emails for senders inside and outside organization

2. Only 4 internal recipients are members

 

Any thoughts?

      I"m not quite sure what your question is.   I see this error on the message trace.   Its an email coming from an external address to a DL. 

      I created another DL and the emails from the external sender is still failing.  I even added the IP address to the safe sender list and still getting dropped.
