Distribution list filter rule
Hi all,
I need a distribution list/group accepting messages only from one external address, is it possible?
I've create a distribution list group with "delivery management" set to "senders inside and outside of my organization", then I've try to create a rule to filter address, but seems to be not possible to use the address of a distribution list for a rule condition.

You need to create a Transport rule: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/security-and-compliance/mail-flow-rules/mail-flow-rules
A simpler solution would be to just add the desired address to the -AcceptMessagesOnlyFromSendersOrMembers list, but you will have to create a contact object for the sender address first.

thank you for the reply, this "trick" works, in this case is good because I need to allow only a few addresses, I hope they don't ask me to allow entire domain 🙂
