Discrepancy in a ForwardingRule for email

We hava ForwardingRule using the Office 365 Admin Portal (screenshot below), but verifying using Powershell (Get-InboxRule) we get no results.

So we checked the Exchange Online Admin Portal and it shows no ForwardingRule configured in the mailbox.

Anyone knows if there's a difference in ForwardingRules using ExchangeOnline vs O365 Admin Portal?

I assumed it was the same functionality, just different places to set it up.
