Desktop App for Planner?
There only appears to be a web version? Is there an app for a desktop on PC and/or Mac?
- Mar 06, 2020Not currently,
There is a uservoice for it here
https://planner.uservoice.com/forums/330525-microsoft-planner-feedback-forum/suggestions/34471954-desktop-application
Would recommend you vote on it to push it up the agenda. Voting for the uservoice will also notify you if it has been picked up by Microsoft. I would also keep an eye out on this tech community for Planner AMA's where you can also raise this with the product team. There is a big appretite to push Planner forward so hopefully, we'll see something in the future
Hope that answers your question
Best, Chris

Currently, there isn't a dedicated desktop app for Planner for either PC or Mac. Planner is primarily available as a web version, accessible through your browser. However, you can use the Planner web app as a Progressive Web App (PWA) by installing it via your browser, which allows it to function like a desktop app with an icon and offline capabilities. Simply visit the Planner website, and look for the option to install it as an app in your browser settings. This will give you a similar experience to a desktop applicationhttps://pixelfield.co.uk/
