Delve and account picture vs Word, Excel, etc. picture

Hi,

I updated my picture on Delve, and it shows in almost all places. However, when I open Word, Excel, Access, etc. I get the old picture. If I click on "Account Settings/Change Photo" from the application, it takes me to Delve where I have the new picture, so I don't know where the old picture is coming from.

What's the relationship? Where can I change the picture for the applications?
