default MRM policy tag label for internal messages?
Requirement is to tag retention on all internal emails. Are there any tricks to accomplish this? must be server side rules. I have researched mail flow rules. It's able to identify internal sender to internal recipient messages. Can't find a way to link it to tags or retention labels.
leoatap When you mean retention tag, do you mean a mailbox retention tag or do you mean an Office 365 retention tag?
Exchange retention tags can be stamped on items in the Sent Items folder. You can stop users assigning personal tags to the items in the folder by not including personal tags in the policy assigned to mailboxes.
