Customers on the old small business plans
When will cutomers on the old small business plans get migrated to the new business plans, I know this kept getting pushed back but I really don't want to go through the hasstle of contacting support so they can credit the old plans and re-bill the new ones as I was working on the understanding that at some point they would auto renew into th new plans without any intervention.
Any ideas?

These are month to month plans that just automatically renew on the customers billing card without any user intervention, I was under the understanding that at some point they would just renew as the new plans.

I belive the yearly plans do auto upgrade. I've recently gone through the process for a customer. In their case they had to purchase a new subscription and the system automatically refunded the un-used time on the old subscription. I would assume the same refund process would be applied to monthly charging model.
