Custom background signing page not shown since some days ago

All,

I don't why, but the custom background image configured in several of the tenants I manage it's not being displayed for some days...anyone else also seeing this? I'm going to open a support ticket in one of my tenants, but just curious to know if also others are having the same problem

    We are seeing the problem. Started about a week ago. Nice to know I am not alone. Please keep us posted.

    I've had a few reports of this as well. It's more than a cosmetic issue, as a number of my customers use this branding to communicate with their staff and to provide validation that it is a corporate service (e.g. "only enter your credentials where you see this"). The security merits of this approach are not something I am here to discuss, though.

     

    I'd definitely expect to see this in the Message Center

      Seeing in the UK and EMEA as well - multiple tenancies. Pinged Office365 on Twitter and they said to post on the MSDN forum!

    Juan,

         Did this start abot a week ago?  I know they had some problems with the login page, particular in ADFS environments, that started around April 7.  I had another issues I opened a ticket for about that time and was informed of the issue with the signin page.  Not sure if the missing custom background is related, but it could be.  I guess the issue they were having were when people would go to portal.office.com to signin, they were presented with a completely blank page.
