Custom background signing page not shown since some days ago

All, I don't why, but the custom background image configured in several of the tenants I manage it's not being displayed for some days...anyone else also seeing this? I'm going to open a support tic...

Juan,

     Did this start abot a week ago?  I know they had some problems with the login page, particular in ADFS environments, that started around April 7.  I had another issues I opened a ticket for about that time and was informed of the issue with the signin page.  Not sure if the missing custom background is related, but it could be.  I guess the issue they were having were when people would go to portal.office.com to signin, they were presented with a completely blank page.

It started a week ago...it seems to be fixed now

      Just talked too soon...the problem is already there. This morning I received a call from support telling me that they are now aware about the issue and that Microsoft is working on fixing it...what I don't understand is why there is not a message in the health dashboard about this issue cc Anne Michels
