Connectivity Test Failed
Mail is running i O365 and all is (almost) good 🙂
On a new device I tried to setup Outlook/account but it won't "autodiscover"
I tried to do a Connectivity Test https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ but it's Failing
The Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer is attempting to test Autodiscover for xxxx@domain.com
Attempting to resolve the host name autodiscover.domain.com in DNS.
The host name resolved successfully.
Whats missing?
- Hi Taen keren,
Try some of these methods, particularly method 1 with the local XML redirect
https://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/autodiscoverconfiguration.htm
Remove the mail profile in Outlook, add the local XML redirect and then set up the profile in Outlook again. This will force connect Outlook to Office 365 and is typically used in coexistence scenario's where Outlook is trying to connect by default to the local exchange
Best, Chris
