Compliance & Security Label for Retention - Exchange Hybrid

Hi,

i´m playin around with auto apply labels in Office365. It works fine that messages get tagged in O365. But i´m wondering if its possible to use the automatic tagging for a hybrid exchange surrounding.

The auto apply label / Tag is assigned in O365 on the transport way, isn´t it? So i think it could be possible that i use the tag also onprem. It thought maybe this works when creating a local retention policy with the same name name &values but it didn´t.

I´ve also tried to find the attribute via mfcmapi in an onprem mailbox - but i didn´t found anything which looks like the compliance tag attribute.
