clutter folder
Hi experts one of my user when he opens clutter folder, he is not able to see all his emails. he can see the item count as 3000, plz help me to troubleshoot this issue
- Jun 16, 2018Hello there,
Could you please verify that the user can see the items in the Outlook Web App? (webmail)
If he can, please try to set the outlook-profile in "Online-mode" to see if the items shows up after restarting outlook. If they do, there is an issue with the local cache and you might need to create a new Outlook Profile.
You can set Outlook in "Online-Mode" through the following steps:
Start Outlook
Open File->Account Settings
Select the specifik mail account and press "change"
Unbox the option "Use Cached Exchange mode"
Restart Outlook
