Changing Office 365 Accounts
Hi there, Can someone please help. Have spoken with so many people and getting no where fast. This is the situation: Currently have a Office 365 Premium subscription. Current Action Pack subscription. Current Microsoft Partnership. As part of the Action Pack subscription there are 5 licences included for Enterprise E3. I wish to change my account from Premium to the Enterprise E3 plan. Can anyone please assist with this. Thankyou. Cathy
Do you mean you want to add the E3 licenses into your current tenant?
Or you've already done that and want to chance the license for users?
If the latter then this article explains how to change licenses for users: https://support.office.com/en-US/article/Assign-licenses-to-users-in-Office-365-for-business-997596B5-4173-4627-B915-36ABAC6786DCOtherwise if the former you need to add the licenses to the existing tenant - usually this is done simply by adding the product keys or clicking on the link.
