Changes lost Excel / O365 / Sharepoint Online
Hi, We worked in a project on an Excel sheet. We opened the document in Excel from the online. We saved the changes. However the changes are lost. We tried: - microsoft support tool - the ...
We have the same issues for excel and word documents.
Randomly, all changes are lost.
SharePoint 2016 is installed on premise.
Check In Check Out enable,
Versionning by default
Only One user is working on these documents...
No response from Microsoft support.
