change preview image of recommended files in Excel

In the online environment of Excel in Office 365, there is a recommended section. This section shows documents it recommends to open, accompanied by a preview image of the document. 

The question is, how can we change this preview image, without remaking the document? Right now it has a silly picture on it which has already been deleted, but the preview image remains the same.
