Change People Search Source ID on /_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx

I know that it is possibly a rhetoric question, but this is a valid case to limit people results displayed on the page /_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx, e.g. exclude service accounts, etc. I can create user property and set values, then create a result source, but how to change result source ID for people results on that page?
