Can't manually change response
Hi,
I'm not sure what happened with my Outlook as this feature worked before and it is still working for my other colleagues who I assume run the same version of Outlook as me as it is pushed out centrally.
The thing is that when I open an already existing meeting in a shared calendar and switch to the "Tracking" tab I can't manually change peoples responses anymore. Before I could just click on the word "None" in the "Response" column and I got a drop down list with response options like declined, accepted, tentative etc.
But now nothing happens when I click on the word "None". Right click does nothing and double click just opens the profile of the person that is invited.
This is very annoying as I am working quite a lot with this and many times find myself in situations where I need to change this manually.
Outlook version: 2303 (Build 16227.20258 Click-to-Run)

svhelden Yes, that is exactly what I want to do.
And like I said, it worked before and it still works for my colleaugues.
The reason why I want this feature to work is that we are booking meetings for other users in our business and sometimes they just reply on Teams that they will join. Then we need to set the person as Accepted manually so that my other colleagues can see that a certain user accepted.
In a perfect world I would not have to do this if everyone just answered their invites in a timely manner. 🙂

My guess would be that either your assumption that everyone would run the same Outlook version is wrong, and the behavior has been changed (I'd call it "fixed") in a recent update, or it has something to do with permissions (like you had full access to the invitee's mailboxes before.)
