Cannot create Shared Mailbox or E-Mail Alias
Hello,
I recently moved my company emails to Microsoft 365 and I now have some trouble with creating new emails, even though my main email is already working without any problems.
When trying to create a shared mailbox, I get the following error:
Trying to create an email alias also results in an error:
Does anyone have experience with this error or is able to give me some advice on how to resolve this?

- The second error should be a transient one (i.e. try again in few mins), but the first one looks like an issue on the backend, so best open a support request.
