Can I re-apply for Microsoft developer subscription

In the previous week, I had trouble login into my global administrator account due to the risk-user policy.

I have only one global admin account.

So, I tried to contact the local Microsoft support service. but it's unreachable. then I tried US support also. But the AI women messed with me & I gave up:facepalm:

With the anger, I deleted the Microsoft developer subscription from the https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/profile/

Now I want to know this

  1. Can sign up for the developer program again & activate the E5 subscription?
  2. Does it mean I wanna wait until this subscription fully expired & deleted(9th June)?
  3. & What if I re-apply for this with a new Microsoft account?
