Can I create a Calendar Appointment Resource (Room) to share between 2 domains?
Hi all,
I was wondering if it was possible to add a room to the resources and share it between 2 domains.
The situation is - we're sharing our common meeting room with other companies in the space, and would like to set up a scheduling system with Outlook to make sure we don't overlap.
Of course, being different businesses, we have different email domains - ours being abc.com and theirs being @xyz.com.
Is something like this possible?
- If both domains are in the same O365 tenant, yes, it will be available to both by default. If there are multiple tenants involved, best you can do is share the room's calendar (free/busy information) and configure it to accept requests from external users.
