bizarre Outlook / Office 365 email problem
Hello all.
I am working with a client that has a very strange email problem.
Client is running Windows 10 Pro, Office 2016 (365).
The user in question has a problem where any email received from another specific user goes directly to the Notes folder. This happens with no other incoming mail.
I have searched the web but so far have only found one other instance describing the same problem. Unfortunately, there was no resolution in the thread. I've looked at rules, but if Outlook is to be believed there are no rules of any kind (active / inactive).
I would welcome any pointers that you might have.

You can also enable auditing (including owner) and check if there are any entries for those messages.
