Billing enquiry - unable to purchase services
Hi,
Hoping someone can help me.
I have setup a new 365 tenant for a client, however when I try to purchase services I get this error 'You don't have any billing accounts to buy products with. Contact the billing admin or global admin to request permission.'
I have confirmed the billing account is active and the user account is a global administrator, but no matter how I try, I am unable to purchase any services.
Can anyone offer help please?

Can you share how you setup the tenant?
Bt credit card, CSP (Cloud service provider) or M365 EA (Enterprise Agreement)?
I may be different handle ways on above
- Ben123DigitallyCopper ContributorI used a credit card. Its setup in the traditional way, then handed over to the client and at that point they add their payment method in.
I've check again today and it's still the same, so not a sync issue.Please check on this,

1. Global or Billing admin are able to do this so not your case
