Billing enquiry - unable to purchase services
Hi, Hoping someone can help me. I have setup a new 365 tenant for a client, however when I try to purchase services I get this error 'You don't have any billing accounts to buy products with....
I used a credit card. Its setup in the traditional way, then handed over to the client and at that point they add their payment method in.
I've check again today and it's still the same, so not a sync issue.

1. Global or Billing admin are able to do this so not your case
