Better Testing and Communication Needed for Office 365
Some recent issues that have affected Office 365 tenants make me think that Microsoft needs to improve its testing and communication as otherwise people might begin to lose faith in the cloud.

I really hope part of that revenue goes for hiring some QA testers...
Why should they hire some when they get us to do it for free :)
Ouch!
But such is the way of the cloud. In return for all its riches (evergreen software, new features appearing all the time, instant-on resources, fixed costs, etc.), you accept the downside of loss of control.
