Better Testing and Communication Needed for Office 365

I really hope part of that revenue goes for hiring some QA testers...

But such is the way of the cloud. In return for all its riches (evergreen software, new features appearing all the time, instant-on resources, fixed costs, etc.), you accept the downside of loss of control.
I can live with the loss of control, it is the uncertantities and inconsistencies that can be frustrating.
