Bad information onwww.office.com/?auth=2

I have a user who has an issue and I'm not even sure how to search on it. Her M365 home page, https://www.office.com/?auth=2, shows several SharePoint list that she has access to, but does not use. She sees theses every morning about the same time. If anyone can offer an idea on how to troubleshoot this, or how to stop it, it would be greatly appreciated.
