Azure blob storage used for O365 Import Service

i've few questions regarding Azure blob storage used O365 Import Service
- what is the size of the Blob storage?
- is there any cost implication involve when using the blob storage for a PST migration to O365?

When you create a Azure blob storage you do not chose the size, only the type you can see the limits of a blog storage here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/storage-scalability-targets
