AutoSave is disabled on protected file
Hi, Any idea why Autosave is disabled on protected file after implementing AIP. Why it should be disabled? what's the best practice? I see it's possible to enable it manually but is it recommending...
Because SharePoint and AIP didn't quite work together, until recently, and there's still work being done to make sure that all features work as expected. As this document mentions, AutoSave in the desktop/mobile apps is currently being worked on, and the web apps should support it if you have the SPO/AIP integration enabled: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/sensitivity-labels-office-apps?view=o365-worldwide#sensitivity-label-capabilities-in-word-excel-and-powerpoint
Unfortunately, I don't think this feature works at least not in my desktop version.
