Assign Microsoft 365 E5 Security licenses

Can you post the error for us?
The user assign Office 365 E3 license.
Intent assign M365 E5 Security license and show error in image 1.
The user assign one by one license except Azure AD Premium 2 and OK.
Only Azure AD P2 does not allow to assign.
