Approval of only some users

Hi there!
I am trying to do document approval throughout the company, through the MS Flow, but I see that approval is available only in the following statuses (first approver, all approved, etc.).

Is it possible to make a statement in fact. For example, one user confirmed, after that a line in the Excel file was filled in, then another confirmed - the same situation, and so on.
