All Mails from Junk have a weird Warning around them that isn't true when moved to inbox

HI and so sorry for the super long delay. Like so long its terribly rude. 3 surgeries and just didn't get back to this until now.
The issue isn't things going to spam, that is ok.
It is when something goes to spam/junk, and I select it, right click and say Not Junk, it moves it to my Inbox, but with the Wrapper around it saying its Junk, when I just told it, itis not. So I have to open the "Junk wrapper", click the real email, then open it.
Its horrible and still happens today.
