- No, since Microsoft 365 and/or Office 365 (.onmicrosoft.com) is separated from Personal and/or Home Accounts like Outlook.com and GMAIL.COM. Even if you add your Outlook.com and GMail.com accounts to Outlook Desktop Applications, M365/O365 has no capability through search to your personal email.
Unless you migrate your Outlook.com and/or GMAIL/GSuite data to M365/O365 but I think that will be for another topic.
