Not to hijack this conversation - but just to expound on the third-party/ISV options - I've also heard of "Mailbox Central" and "LetSignIt" in addition to the already-mentioned "CodeTwo" and "Exclaimer". Anyone with any experience on those other two?

Hi Adam, I’ve deployed Letsignit a couple of time. The service is hosted in Azure. What I liked about Letsignit is a range of ways you can set it up in end user perspective. Like their competitors, Letsignit also provides the same feature of emails routing. But in addition to that, you can also use a windows agent with a capability to let the users choose from a bunch of signatures from Outlook signature library. You have a same agent for Outlook on Mac as well. I do know that Exclaimer has a Window agent as well. But not for Mac. What I didn’t like about the Exclaimer's Windows agent is that the agent cannot be automatically updated (in case of SCCM or GPO install). So, if a new version is rolled out you need to redeploy it. unless you ask each user to install manually the agent at the first time. For what I can remember, Letsignit also has a capability to push the signature to the end user's o365 directory in case the users use Outlook Online rather than outlook desktop. Letsignit also has a campains feature. It this can help. James
