Added extra storage. SPO is still full.
Hi, A customer added extra Office 365 Storage. But no change in the storage space at SharePoint Online. Still no space there. Do we have to make any changes after we added the Extra Storage?...
Yes, we followed those instructions. That is how we got the Microsoft Extra Storage Subscription.

Did they adjust individual storage for the site in question they are wanting to increase?
There should be both a SharePoint tenant wide storage allocation, as well as a specific site allocation.
If this is a tenant wide thing, and nothing has increased, you will likely need to open up a premier case and take it up with Microsoft.
