Add all external users to one group in external sharing
Hi,
I am working on external user on SharePoint online. Can I get any suggestion on how to add all (organizational wise) the external user into one group and manage.

Manage what exactly? If you want to govern the corresponding guest user objects, best do so via the Azure AD tools, or use Entitlement management if you are licensed for it. As for grouping those, you should be able to easily target them based on the "#EXT#" string in the UPN.
