ADConnect question - Hybrid Migration scenario
Hi Guys,
We are about to begin the work towards a hybrid migration of from Exchange 2010 on premise to office 365 Business premium.
We currently already have the tenant and Exchange Online Protection in place, with our users synced up to our tenant via an ADConnect server located on an old on premise domain controller.
We would ideally like to install ADConnect on our new domain controllers, as we will soon be decomissioning our old ones.
My question is:
1. Is it supported to have multiple ADConnect servers on one domain going to the same tenant?
2. If not, how would I go about setting it up to just be on the new domain controller. Is it as simple as uninstalling ADConnect on the old domain controller and re-installing on the new domain controller, or is there an additional step I need to take?
Thanks Again,
Alex

Hi,
For note, is not advised to install AD Connect on Domain Controllers.
Is supported only one AD Connect per Tenant, but you can have one in standby mode (Staging Server).

Thanks for the response.
So in terms of the current AD Connect that lives on a domain controller. If we wanted to move the ADConnect to a different server is it a case of uninstalling it, then re-installing it? Are there any additional steps I need to take into account?
Hi,
Please follow the steps in the article to configure staging server https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/connect/active-directory-aadconnectsync-operations
