Access to Office365

Hi experts we are using exchange hybrid environment. i want to provide a user read only access to Exchange online. please help me how to provide access

You should be able to do this with PowerShell:
add-mailboxpermission -identity "Jane Smith" -user "John Smith" -AccessRights ReadPermission
