Access O365 mail using outlook without local caching of data vis PST or OST

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I wanted to check is there any setting in O365, where we can restrict mail down load to local PC's via outlook. User mailbox is configured via Outlook . I dont want to create any PST or OST to reduce data leak.&nbsp;Pradeep

There's no "tenant" setting that can prevent this, but if those are managed devices, you can disable caching via GPO/reg edit/OCP:&nbsp;https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/troubleshoot/deployment/cached-exchange-mode#to-configure-cached-exchange-mode-settings-using-group-policy
