Hi Ramil,
It looks like somethings going wrong on your ADFS environment. What do the ADFS logs tell you in the Eventviewer? Is your federated username the same as your UPN? Did you configure Azure AD Connect to sync your UPN as UPN in Azure AD, or are you syncing your email-address as UPN in Azure AD?
