Thanks for your help - this settings i have set up in the former outlook and there it is functioning.
The so called "new" outlook has no settings like this....

I have the same problem.... Been using Office 2021 for years, decided to switch to Office 2024 (LTSC) today and I'm very annoyed with the fact that my name isn't displayed in sent e-mails (IMAP accounts) and there doesn't seem to be a way to do it.. Can't imagine why Microsoft decided to change this... So unless I find a solution, I will switch back to Office 2021.....
