3rd Party Encryption Status via Intune

Since China doesn't allow the TPM and we decided to implement symantec encryption on china devices. We have a situation where we would like to enforce Intune conditional access in China region based on device encryption (one of the many parameters).  Is it possible for Intune to understand the symantec encryption and make the device compliant? If not, what's the alternative.
