365 Upgrade?

Since yesterday p.m. I have been unable to use Office 365 as when I try to open an element I get a box saying 'Microsoft Office and Office 365 is being upgraded, please wait a moment...' 24 hours later, I am still without Office.

What is going on, as I had no warning this was going to happen. as with a Window's upgrade.

    Do you got some screen on handle, seems it's related to your application and OS updates\patch
