3 days to assign an engineer for a support ticket
does it take that long to get support for Microsoft, I remember once I subscribed to O365 response was within minutes. now I have a security issue and no engineer is assigned yet.
Phone agents keeps telling me someone will call you. but nothing happens. how do I escalate the ticket?
- Yordan_YordanovBrass ContributorI am in the same frustrated state. Opened a case on 9th February, no agent yet! Opened another case yesterday, the same result. And I absolutely have no idea how to escalate this. They are really disappointing!
Do you map with CSP \ EA, if any so that your CSP can help with the escalation?
