3 blue connected squares next to outlook folders
Does anyone know what these symbols are ( mean) next to my outlook folders. Thank you for your help!!!!

Those should be Public folders, so not "your folders" per se 🙂 More specifically, that's the icon for Public folders of the generic "Mail and Post Items" type.
